Jiho is a marketing analyst who developed a passion for researching online businesses and the ecosystem of solutions that support them ever since he was a college student 8 years ago.

Throughout this period, he worked extensively in the esports industry as a freelance journalist and translator, interacting with fellow esports agents, sportscasters, content creators, freelancers, e-commerce business owners, and digital marketers who were successfully scaling their businesses using various online tools and platforms. Not only that, he was also able to observe traditional esports organizations using similar methods to operate their business online.

Witnessing firsthand how people were successfully building and expanding their businesses online fascinated him, sparking an enthusiasm for digital marketing which still continues to this day 8 years later.

Jiho’s hands-on experience in real-world digital business operations inspired him to expand his knowledge in terms of applied research, leading him to win his university's annual research competition and funding for his thorough analysis on the economic systems of online freelancers and entrepreneurs. Later, he continued to advance his passion by pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Science in the US, focusing his studies on data-driven marketing and cutting-edge online business tools which optimize growth and efficiency.
